Delivery & Payment

Delivery is available to most areas within Australia from Monday to Friday (please note delivery is unfortunately not available on weekends or public holidays). Time required for delivery is dependant upon location and is outlined in the table below. Orders must be placed before 12 noon for the delivery time to apply.

Chocolate Blossoms uses reputable courier companies and makes every effort to ensure delivery time is as suggested, however on rare occasions delays are experienced and are out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Specific Delivery Dates

Should you require same day delivery or require a specific delivery date, please contact us and we will do the best to meet your requirements. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Peak periods

During peak periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day, please allow 4 days for shipping of orders placed to ensure your product is delivered on time.

*Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and a recipient is available to receive the product. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery information or if our courier cannot gain access to the address provided. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If there is no-one available to receive the Chocolate Blossom our courier will leave a calling card, or the product can be left on the doorstep upon your request. We will do our best to return to the address on the same day, however an additional delivery charge may apply if you require a second delivery.
