Pricing and GST
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all prices on the Website are Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. The standard price is representative of the picture show. The larger price indicates an upgrade in size, chocolates and container value.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge. If your order has left the Chocolate Blossoms for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order. Cancelling an order less than 24 hours notice will incur a further fee of 50% of the total order.
Order Changes
You may request a change to your order at any time before your order leaves Chocolate Blossoms for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Substitution
Whilst every effort is made for your order to be as exact as possible, in some cases substitutions may be necessary to fulfil your requirements. Should a product be unavailable we will replace with a close substitute of equal or greater value.
Damage in Transit
In the rare occasion that a bouquet be damaged in transit, please contact Chocolate Blossoms ASAP and we will be happy to resend a replacement product upon return of the damaged one.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Roses Only does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
